Background:
I have had the privilege of growing up playing a diverse range of sports at both national and international levels. Among these sports, basketball and soccer featured prominently in my journey. However, upon leaving school, my focus shifted towards strength training, and it was during this time that I discovered my true passion for developing physical strength. Initially, I dedicated my time to coaching aspiring powerlifters, guiding them towards achieving national and international recognition. Concurrently, I also found great fulfillment in coaching various teams in the realm of strength and conditioning. Additionally, I myself embraced CrossFit training and fell in love with the art of weightlifting.
